Founder & CEO
Ruben is a seasoned consultant, speaker, trainer, coach, and expert in the field of Positive Organizational Psychology from Paris, France. He is also an Adjunct Faculty at the Asian Institute of Management under the Department of Leadership & People Management.
For the last 10 years, he has have been consulting with over 40 organizations in France and in the Philippines, helping their CEOs, executives and managers use the latest discoveries from the field of Positive Organizational Psychology to fuel employee engagement, productivity, creativity, and synergy.
Between 2012 and 2015 he has conducted three years of PhD research in this field, under the supervision of Cary Cooper, who was elected the most influential thinker in Human Resources Management in the UK in 2014 and who is also the Founding President of the British Academy of Management and the current President of CIPD. Ruben is also currently a member of the leadership team of the Work & Organizations Division of the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA).
Angeli is currently the Startup Incubation Manager of Makesense Philippines and she was previously the Chief People Officer of STORM Technologies, the Philippines’ largest HR Tech startup. In the span of seven years, she has handled multiple roles on top of her HR responsibilities such as Marketing, Sales, e-Commerce Management, Account Management, and Project Management.
Her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and her background in research is what fuels Angeli's passion for understanding people. This also aids her practice in people management and organizational development.
Angeli is a thought leader and mentor in human capital management— having been invited to be a speaker and subject matter expert in various organizations in the past few years. She has also mentored young professionals in the most recent Startup Weekend Manila, sharing her experiment-oriented approach in project implementation.
Jamie is an award-winning Senior HR Leader, with a strong passion and expertise focused on building positive workplace cultures.
As an HR director for General Motor Holden in Australia between 2012 and 2018, Jamie was able to downsize the operations while increasing employee engagement by spreading across a positive and humanistic people management approach. This experience got him featured on Australian National TV and led him to be named the Australian Leader/Manager of the year at the Australian Excellence Awards in 2017 and was a finalist in the Australian HR Institutes (AHRI) HR Director of the year awards 2017.
Jamie regularly travels internationally delivering keynote speeches and workshops to company executives.
